OHMALLOY Material Co. is a professional manufacturer of high quality alloy materials. With more than 20 years of industry experience, we design and produce resistance alloy wires and rods. Our primary line of products is made up of nichrome, FeCrAl, copper nickel, and thermocouple alloys. We have the production capability to supply large amounts of expansion alloys, soft magnetic alloys, thermal spray wires, and nickel alloy welding wires. OHMALLOY alloys are designed and processed to achieve high quality performance with guaranteed reliability.

We produce thermocouple alloy wire with temperature measuring accuracy that meets ASTM primary standards. We have also developed a wide selection of compensating cables with our partner factory. This allows us to offer coating materials like fiberglass, PTFE, PVC, and silicone rubber.

The OHMALLOY factory is equipped with a 500kg vacuum melting furnace, a 200kg vacuum melting furnace, four 25kg vacuum melting furnaces, two 1 ton medium-frequency melting furnaces, several electroslag remelting furnaces, 5 annealing furnaces for strip and wire materials, 3 4-roller cold rolling mills, a 6-roller cold rolling mill and over 10 drawing machines. After years of communication and efforts, we have developed outsourcing production relationships to produce alloy strips, wires, sheet, rods, and other products based on the requirements of customers. The thickness of our strip materials ranges from 0.01mm o 3.5mm. The diameter of the wire materials ranges from 0.009 to 12mm. We can also supply various alloy rods with a diameter of over 5mm and sheet materials with a width up to 1000mm.
